CFMoto, a Chinese-based two-wheeler manufacturer, has begun online bookings of its BS6 compliant models.
The company will launch its 650cc line-up comprising three models – the 650MT touring model, 650GT sport tourer and 650NK street bike.
It comes after discontinuing the BS4 products last year. Further, the BS6 300NK was launched in March 2021. There were no changes except the changes in the motor, and we do see the 650 series will follow the same trend.
The 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine makes 60bhp of power and 56Nm of peak torque which CFMoto will share among 650NK, 650GT and the 650MT.
And we don’t see many changes in their power figures even after complying with the BS6 norms. The hardware will remain as is. At the same time, all three 650’s gets 17-inch alloy wheels.
And the GT and NK variants arrive with telescopic forks. The MT gets the inverted unit. J.Juan callipers and single discs on both ends
All the bikes will fall in the range of Rs 5 to 8 Lakhs.
The CFMoto 650NK will go head-on against Kawasaki Z650. In contrast, the 650GT and the 650MT compete against the Kawasaki Ninja 650 and the Versys 650.
