Specs
A few weeks ago, Yamaha E01 appeared at the Tokyo Motor Show 2019 exhibition to showcase its newest creation, the electric maxi-scooter dubbed Yamaha E01.
After that first public presentation at the show. The e-scooter has been spotted in Japan wearing no camouflage clothes, suggesting a near production-ready state.
We have spotted Yamaha’s e-scooter on the roads, but this time.We got a clearer view of the vehicle, and to be honest, we don’t think that much has changed since the earlier sightings.
The front fender, headlight casings, and charge port cover are revised a bit.But nothing else has changed apart from these. The headlights, too, might be adjusted. But we could only speculate about this from the pictures.
The company has already announced that the production version of E01 won’t come with a swappable battery option like its other electric scooters.
There are none right now about its exclusive features except for its chunkier tyres to suit the sporty design.
Electric scooters continue to surprise us with better performance and feature even as the options available in this segment continue to grow.
So let us see what Yamaha has to offer.
