The India Bike Week (IBW) 2025, the country’s most significant festival for motorcycle enthusiasts, has confirmed its new, rescheduled dates. The 12th edition of the mega event will now take place on December 19 and 20, 2025, at its original venue in Vagator, Goa.
The festival, which was initially slated for December 12-13, was postponed to comply with local election protocols after the announcement of the Zilla Parishad elections in Goa. Organisers have confirmed that all existing tickets purchased for the earlier dates will remain fully valid for the new schedule, with a full refund option for attendees who are unable to make the revised dates.
The Thrill of Custom Builds and High-Octane Racing
IBW 2025 is set to deliver an adrenaline-pumping lineup with two major, high-profile events centered around the popular Harley-Davidson X440 motorcycle:
- The Jameson IBW Bike Build Off: This custom competition will showcase India’s elite motorcycle modders and customisers. They will go head-to-head to transform brand-new Harley-Davidson X440 bikes into unique, one-of-a-kind machines. The winner will earn an all-expenses-paid trip to the prestigious Adventure Bike Rider Festival in the UK to showcase their masterpiece on an international stage.
- IBW Flat Track Race: Presented by Harley-Davidson, this FMSCI-approved competition will feature a single-make race using specially custom-built Harley-Davidson 440X motorcycles, prepared by the renowned Rajputana Customs. Riders will compete for a substantial prize pool, promising high-octane flat track racing action for all attendees.
Beyond the racing and custom-builds, the two-day festival will host manufacturer showcases, community rides, live music performances, and dedicated stages for overlanding stories, firmly establishing its place as the largest motorcycle festival in India.
