A two-wheeled exploration vehicle that remains as mechanically radical today as in 2008.The Vyrus 984 C3 2V has been custom-ordered from the factory by a single owner.
In what is usually a convoluted process involving much time and patience. Vyrus will work with you to tailor a personal motorcycle built to your specs.
Is yours going to be a performance monster, a touring bike, a weekend track star?
All of these can be achieved with the same primary platform. However, if you want something truly unique and notable, you’ll want to look at the Razzetto.
But, I thought the most notable aspect of the bike was the way it rides.
They achieved that by using a rear internal hub, which is a rare thing to see on a production model.
Some have stated that the hub is unique and specific to this one bike alone.
Capable of a top speed of around 220 km/h. Claims say that this Vyrus 984 C3 2V Razzetto from 2008 features an entire carbon body for extreme lightweight handling.

The central seat is also made from one single piece of carbon fibre for added durability.
Now, you might be thinking that the bike is just the opposite of something the designers could enjoy themselves. You’d be wrong, however.
The Vyrus 984 was built with the intent to serve as a track day special. And evidently, it was made so strong you can easily use it for regular road racing too.
This 2008 Razzetto is a one-of-a-kind motorcycle that combines the renowned craftsmanship of Vyrus with the technical expertise of Ducati.
The bike was handcrafted in limited quantities. And used a 984cc L-Twin engine, but in this case, it’s not a Ducati L-Twin.
What does the bike come with?
It’s a modified version of an air-cooled 2V L-Twin from another manufacturer that has been mounted in a hub-centric design.
Hub-centric steering uses a push/pull linkage and separate wheels with limited camber to carry steering and braking functions.
Which results in more excellent stability through turns. Wrap your head around that for a second or two.
The bike also gets a Zard exhaust system, Marvic magnesium wheels, FG Gubellini suspension components, and Brembo brakes.
There are no two ways to say it. If you’re looking for a testosterone-fueled exotic. That hasn’t been produced in over half a decade, then the Vyrus 984 C3 2V Razzetto just might be your cup of tea.
The current bid for this 2008 Vyrus 984 C3 2V Razzetto was a tempting $30,000 and is listed on Bring A Trailer and is open September 30, 2021.
