With Jorge Lorenzo announcing his retirement and Marc Marquez has just tipped about his brother that “Alex is ready for MotoGP”. The question here is Do we see Marquez brothers side by side in MotoGP?
Marc clearly said that he is far from putting any pressure on the Repsol Honda team and let them decide on his fate.
Alex Marquez rides in Moto 2 with team MarCVDS.However, if we look at Alex Marquez’s statistics they are incredible.
He has 28 podiums (15 in Moto3 and 13 in Moto2) plus 7 wins (4 in Moto3 and 3 in Moto2) under his belt and he is just 23. So Repsol Honda will want to bring Alex Marquez with them.
Another question is given the fact that Jorge Lorenzo was not able to go along with his RC213V. Will Repsol Honda take a risk to sign Alex Marquez as he will be new on the bike. However, his brother Marc Marquez has clearly said that present Honda RC213V is the difficult bike to ride but what is the point if you don’t take risks and approach the best part.
With Zarco as a rival and Alex Marquez on the other side for factory Honda. Will Zarco stay?
It will be interesting to see how the equations will get unfold in the coming days with Repsol Honda and LCR Honda.
