The Benelli Leoncino 500 Sport is essentially a bike slot between the base variant of the Leoncino 500 and the cafe-racerish Leoncino 800.
It seems Benelli has finally added to the Leoncino family with this variant in the Sport guise. But as mentioned, it is only available in China for now.

The Leoncino 500 Sport has the same air-cooled, parallel-twin.499.6cc engine calibrates 48 horsepower at 8,500 RPM and 34.67 ft-lb of torque at 5,500 RPM.
If we compare with the standard Leoncino 500, the 500 Sport gets only an additional hp more.
Further, it arrives with an LED-backlit console, has the same blinkers, taillights, LED as the standard Leoncino 500.
There is nothing wrong with the current version of the Benelli Leoncino 500 Sport.
The bike comes with a 50mm upside-down fork and a mono-shock at the rear and features a twin exhaust and the USD fork.
While the saddlebags in the picture look small, it is the exhaust that captures the attention and throws a retro aura.
We could also see the Benelli 500 Sport making its way to North America.
