Last December we saw KTM unveiling its much ambitious smaller- mid-size adv the 390 Adventure.
And we were fortunate enough to test the KTM Adventure 390 in Australia.
While now we do see KTM is excited to launch the younger sibling of 390 Adventure, which is 250 Adventure.
The 250 Adventure is already present in Indonesia, and now KTM wants to spread the market.
In coming week and as per our sources, KTM India is likely to launch the 250 Adventure.
Please note this is not an actual 250 adventure image
When compared with its elder sibling 390 Adventure, the 250 Adventure is bound to lose few specs like power output, quick shifter and traction control.
However, the design may remain the same as the 390 Adventure. Also, India bound 250 Adventure will arrive with LEDs with TFT dash.
Apart from this, the 250 Adventure will borrow the main component from 250 Duke, which is the motor, and it is 248.7cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder.
Brakes are 230mm disc rear and 320mm on the opposite end followed by the suspensions which are mono-shock at the back and inverted forks on the front.
The 250 Adventure is expected to run on 19-17-inch alloy wheels.
We expect KTM to price the 250 Adventure around Rs 2.4 to 2.6 lakh( ex-showroom).
