Products

Autoby has reported rumours about Vesrah’s foray into off-road brake pads have been circulating for about three years, and it’s exciting to see the brand finally come out with a full lineup of products that cater to multiple brands, not just Japanese ones.

Co-sintered brake pads are known for their high durability and consistent performance, making them ideal for off-road use where brakes are subjected to more extreme conditions than on the road. It will be interesting to see how the new RJL-DX brake pads perform in the off-road market and how they will compete with other established brands.

Long distance

Vesrah’s RJL-DX brake pads are designed for long-distance dirt rides, specifically enduro. The development process for these pads prioritized quality, durability, and ease of use over long rides.

The RJL-DX pads are co-sintered and designed to provide a light lever pull that can withstand the demands of enduro riding, even as fatigue sets in. As stated by Taisuke Mizukami, the pads can work even with a light grip, meaning they are responsive and effective even with minimal pressure on the brake lever.

Offerings

Vesrah offers brake pads for various dirt bike brands and models like Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM, Husqvarna, Beta, Shero, and TM. It’s also helpful to note that the pads may fit GASGAS bikes, but confirming the part number for the appropriate fit is essential.

Price

As for the price, ¥6,000 or $45 seems reasonable for a set of brake pads, especially considering that they are specifically designed for dirt bikes and manufactured by a reputable company like Vesrah. Comparing prices and checking for additional fees or shipping costs before purchasing is a good idea.
