Kymco has launched its new lower displacement naked in 125 CBS in Europe, and we talk about it.
Engine
Visar 125 CBS comes equipped with a 125cc air-cooled 4-stroke single-cylinder engine.
Distribution is a single overhead camshaft with two valves with characteristic bore and stroke measures of 54.0 mm x 54.5 mm, while power and torque are 7.5 kW (10.2 HP) at 8,000 rpm and 10.0 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
The fuel system is a highly efficient electronic injection, with a consumption of 42 km / l and comes flanked by a large tank of 13.5 litres which combines considerable autonomy with a reduced value of 58 g / km of CO2 emissions.
The transmission consists of a 5-speed manual gearbox which makes driving enjoyable and fun.
Styling
Visar 125 CBS is the new motorcycle from Kymco, perfect both for tackling traffic safely and discovering the city in style, as well as for setting off for new destinations and broadening one’s horizons.
You can comfortably drive with a B license, it has combined braking with disc also at the rear and comes equipped with LED position lights.
Unique and with an unmistakable character, Visar 125 CBS also stands out for its innovative colour combination: a brilliant Valio anthracite grey made gritty by some fire red finishes, a perfect mix of sportiness and character.
Chassis and suspension
Visar 125 CBS shows a sparkling line, a resistant frame in steel tubes with pressed plates and 17″ alloy wheels with an attractive six split-spoke design.
The suspension system is based on a hydraulic telescopic fork with 33 mm stem and 120 mm travel at the front combined with a double-wishbone with single shock absorber with 46 mm travel at the rear.
The seat, 785 mm high, has two floors, to allow even the most curious passenger to experience the same emotions as the rider.
The Combined Braking System is perfectly modulated and well distributed, adds additional safety and controls 2-piston callipers both at the front and rear.
Combined with 276 mm and 220 mm discs and 80 / 100-17 “tires at the front, respectively. and 110 / 80-17 “at the rear.
Thanks to the low weight of only 136 kg, dimensions, with a length of 2,035 mm and a wheelbase of 1,330 mm.
And a good turning radius, the Visar 125 CBS is smooth, sinuous and extremely easy to handle.
Electronics
Some details distinguish the new entry from Kymco: the front headlights significantly impact the LED tube lights.
The instrumentation has remained analogue to maintain a close reading of all the data.
And has total and partial odometer, speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge and gear engaged indicator; finally, the stand is double, both central and lateral.
