In June 2020 we did saw spied 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure.

Now again 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure is spotted going under tests.

Well, we could observe multiple changes and the priority among these changes are hardware and structural changes. And now it will align to Euro 5 Norms.

The structure now becomes beefier when compared to the outgoing variant. Plus for better reliability and aerodynamics, KTM has added an enormous radiator split setup.

And not to forget it is also added to get a  better centre of gravity. Another difference we could sport is the large exhaust, and it is due to the bike getting align to the Euro 5 norms.

Well KTM now has improved the hardware by adding a thick swingarm plus the 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure gets the new subframe made from the cast aluminium.

Two variants are spotted

  • One will be the adventure model having spoke wheels and
  • Second, the road-based variant expected to come with alloy wheels.

What more the 1290 Super Adventure will come equipped with the adaptive radar-based cruise control system.

The radar system will be responsible for monitoring the vehicles or any other elements on the road and will alert the rider about the possible collision.

KTM may bring this entire technology as optional. We expect the 2021 KTM 1290 Super Adventure will arrive by the end of 2020.

However, In India, we may not see this soon.
