The two-wheeler sector closes 2018 in a more than satisfactory way with a total registration (vehicles> 50cc) which reached 219,465 sales equal to + 7.4% compared to 2017. The thrust of the motorbikes continues with 92.991 pieces and a +12 , 7%,while scooters, which account for 58% of the market, totaled 126,474 units equal to + 3.7% . The records of the “fifty” stop at 20,923 vehicles with a decrease of -12.3%, despite the growth of electric scooters that have more than doubled, reaching almost 3,000 units, thanks to the fleets dedicated to scooter sharing.
