The latest Virus’s Predator line, this textile alternative takes the brand’s race suit concept to the next level.

Made from a combination of Armalith and Dyneema materials that are very often woven into modern riding jeans. The Predator Textile offers outstanding abrasion resistance and cut protection.

Thankfully, the Italian company didn’t take it too far with a full textile suit. Selecting materials that complement each other. And showcase their strengths is key to the success of a hybrid or textile race suit.

And Virus Power achieved just that. Let’s take a look at what sets the Predator apart from its counterparts and whether or not it’s worth your hard-earned dollars.

From the AAA Mobile Racing Suit Series. The new Power Textile Race Suit has been created in collaboration with Tuscany-based technical fabrics specialists Primatex.

The one-piece suit showcases the brand’s MultiProtective material.Which features highly elastic polyamide yarns that create areas of high membrane concentration and morph to fit around body shapes.

The result is a suit boasting one of the lowest heat exchange coefficients in the textile segment.

AAA rating

Not only does this make it an effective barrier against ambient heat while racing. But it also protects riders from burns during an extended slide.

The suit carries a AAA CE rating.Indicating it can use it without any restrictions during competition and outside the confines of racing activities.

Further, this suit is virtually identical to Power’s previous Predator Airsuit but with added, highly breathable textile panels.

These include six protectors:

  • Elbow,

  • Knee,
  • Back/spine, hip, and
  • Thigh.
