The details of the newly launched Yamaha FZ-X were revealed part by part, and now we have all the details.
We have compiled all the details to get an idea of the look, styling, features, engine, and Yamaha FZX pricing of the model.
The basic prototype of the model FZ X comes based on the already existing FZ V3 platform. However, there are few reasons for not launching the XSR 155 in the country.
With different bodywork and styling, the FZ X has the same frame, subframe, swingarm, and wheels as the FZ V3.
Styling
If we look at the styling, the FZ X sports has a round full LED headlamp with a slightly different radiator guard.
Similar to the XSR 155, there comes a brawny fuel tank with a strip in the middle.
Along with this, Yamaha has put a single-piece seat with a rolled pattern, retro-styled grabrail and tail lamp at the rear.
The model FZ X has dual-purpose tires with fork gaiters fitted.
According to the spy images, Yamaha will make the FZ X model available in at least three colours – blue, black, and orange.
Engine
Observing the engines of both the models FZ X and FZ V3, there is no difference found as both have the same air-cooled 149 cc engine that produces the power of 12.2 bhp and a maximum torque of 13.6 NM.
The engine comes mated to a five-speed gearbox for an adventurous and joyful ride.
Features
Since it observed that FZ X comes based on the FZ S V3, the features will be the same.
The illustrations consist of the LED headlamp, LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth-enabled feature.
There will surely be a single-channel ABS as standard in the upcoming Yamaha FZ X.
Pricing
The Yamaha model FZ S Vintage Edition (top-spec variant) has a price tag of Rs 1.11 lakh.
So we can presume that the FZ X arrives with a slightly premium price between Rs 1.15-1.16 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
