It is likely to against the Triumph Tiger 900. Tiger 900 comes with 888 cc, Liquid-cooled, 12 valve, DOHC, in-line 3-cylinder with 95.2 PS / 93.9 bhp (70 kW) @ 8,750 rpm max output and 87 Nm @ 7,250 rpm max torque.
The Tiger 900 costs $12,500 in the US.

Yamaha Tracer 900
Tracer 900 arrives with 847cc, Water cool, 4-stroke, DOHC, 4-valve, in-line 3-cylinder motor which calibrates 85kW (116PS) / 10,000r / min which is 114 hp power and 87Nm / 8,500r / min of max torque.
However, Tracer 900 costs $12,999 in the US.

Any price for new CFMoto MT800 which is less than the Triumph Tiger 900 and Yamaha Tracer 900 will create a new position for MT800 in the motorcycle market.
