Ducati India has teased a picture of the fuel tank on its Instagram handle and what it could be a Ducati Panigale V2. It does look like the V2 will arrive on Indian shores soon.

Ducati Panigale V2 was spied last in August while it was caught fuelling.

The V2 comes in a new avatar with twin cylinders and 155 hp of raw power that is generated by 955 cc Superquadro engine.

  • The V2 as of now gets only Red paint scheme.
  • With a dry weight of 176 kgs with an ultra-cool power to weight ratio of 1.448 kW/kg.
  • The superquadro V2 engine not only makes the machine compact but also lightweight.
  • The V2 also gets the compact exhausts. That is one essential component that has reduced the weight of the entire structure of the bike
  • Euro 5 compliant.
  • It also gets 6-speed transmission with Ducati Quick Shift up/down EVO 2 system.
  • The seat height is raised by 5mm to improve comfort.
  • Panigale v2 comes with cornering ABS with three riding modes (Race, Sport, Street) with 4.3″ colour TFT dashboard.

Price in Europe starts at 18000 Euros which when converted comes to around INR 14,75,334 Lakhs in India. However, we feel it will be a little expensive given the fact that will also have tax component in it.

While we are excited about the new launch from Ducati. However we are not aware of the time when Ducati India will unveil, but we are sure that it will be after the COVID-19 lockdown gets over.
