Lotus has partnered with Hedin Mobility Group to distribute its all-electric Eletre model in Sweden and the Netherlands. The agreement covers the sale of Lotus vehicles and related aftermarket services in those countries.
Lotus
In Sweden, Hedin Bil will represent the Lotus brand in Gothenburg. At the same time, in the Netherlands, Hedin Automotive will act as the brand’s official representative in Amstelveen, Veghel, and soon in the Rotterdam region.
The Lotus Eletre is already available for online orders, and starting this month, it will be displayed in Hedin showrooms in Sweden and the Netherlands. Deliveries to customers are scheduled to begin in July.
Pricing
Regarding pricing, the base model of the Lotus Eletre is available in the UK from £89,500. However, there are higher-end variants that are more expensive. The Eletre S, for example, starts at around £104,500.
Both variants of the Eletre are equipped with a 450 kW drive and a 112-kWh battery, which allows for a range of 600 kilometres. The vehicle is also capable of fast charging, with the ability to charge from 10 to 80 percent in 20 minutes at a suitable fast-charging station.
BYD
The Lotus Eletre has been available in China since the end of March. Hedin Mobility Group is also involved in distributing BYD vehicles in the German market, among other things.
