The MotoGP 2021 calendar has become volatile. In January 2021, we saw the cancellation of Sepang tests.
While Bangkok Post has revealed information on why the Buriram will not place 2021 GP this year.
It further says the five-year contract between the Thai government and Dorna is pushed by a year.

Also, the Thailand government, in reconciliation with Dorna, has decided not to host this year GP in Thailand.
Further, it says the contract period to start the GP will be from 2022 to 2026.
Thai spokesperson clearly said it would take 900 million baht to host the GP.
Dorna indeed has not made it official. However, we are sure Dorna will make it official soon.
The Mandalika circuit in Indonesia will replace the Buriram in the calendar for 2021.
