Top among them is an increase in the displacement from 1,077cc to 1099cc. However, the engine remains the same 65 ° V-shaped four-cylinder with unique power and characteristics.

As expected, the new RSV4 aligns with the Euro5 norms; additionally, we see a new exhaust. The power remains the same, which is 217hp when compared to the outgoing RSV4 1100 Factory.

There is an improvement in ergonomics thanks to the new tank and the new saddle that allows perfect rider integration into the fairing, more space onboard and a more natural riding position.

It takes inspiration from its younger sibling RS 660. We see a new LED headlight with the DRL light.

Besides, the electrical controls are more intuitive, and the new TFT instrumentation is extensive.

And thanks to the new Marelli 11MP control unit, the electronic management with complete Ride-by-Wire throttle control is improved.

Further, it comes with a new swingarm, lighter and reinforced with a lower brace and built-in wings.

Factory variant includes forged aluminium rims, the Ohlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension system and Brembo Style brake callipers.

RSV4 is available in Dark Losail colours, while RSV4 Factory has Aprilia Black and Lava Red colours.

The price is still under the wrap. Expect some rise in the price as Aprilia has some goodies in the new 2021 RSV4.

However, Aprilia has done a commendable job to bring the new RSV4 to the motorcycle scene despite very few changes.
