In February 2021, Yamaha had filed a peculiar electric scooter with the European Intellectual Property Office.

And it goes by the name E01. The Yamaha E01 is confirmed as a production model that the company intends to launch soon.
The confirmation comes from the fact the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer has already registered the E01 name and the leaked images.
Moreover, Yamaha recently revealed plans to launch scooters to cash in on the growing demand for two-wheelers, and this new model will be one of them.
The Yamaha E01 is a very compact electric scooter. That may come with a top directory speed of 60 kmph and can go around 80-90 km on a full charge.
The e-scooter is based on a monocoque platform. They are making it easy to load heavy cargo while handling the optics.
The best part about this scooter is, being so small. You can easily ride through the traffic snarls of big cities.
