Electric Superbike
Bangalore based electric two wheeler start up Emflux is going to launch the Electric Superbike called as ” Model 1” in Auto Expo 2018.The Emflux Model 1 will compete against motorcycles in the 600-650cc segment. It is expected to be priced between Rs 5-6 lakh (ex-showroom).
In terms of performance, the Model 1 can go from zero to 100 kmph in a sheer 3 seconds. It’s said to have a top speed of 200 kmph too. The Model 1 will be equipped with a liquid-cooled AC induction motor capable of producing 68 PS of power and 84Nm of torque which is available from the start. Samsung has developed the lithium-ion battery for this electric superbike, which helps it in getting a range of 200km.

The Emflux Model 1 also comes packed with features like dual-channel ABS from Continental, a 7-inch touch TFT display, a GPS navigation system, real-time vehicle diagnostics, auto updates, a mobile app and even bike-to-bike connectivity.
The company is also planning to bring a naked version of the bike, which could be called the Model 2, soon. The Model 2 is expected to be available in two variants with a range of 150km and 220km, respectively.
