Here are details for Harley’s Pan America Models.

  • Expand heavyweight (large displacement) leadership and pioneer new markets and segments
  • Deploy a platform of 500 cc ~ 1250 cc mid weight (intermediate displacement)
  • Three different product spaces (genre?) And four types of displacement
  • Adventure Touring Motorcycle Pan America 1250
  • 1250 cc custom model
  • 975cc Street Fighter Model
  • These will be announced (released) by 2020 (Custom is 2021, though)
  • Additional models for these genre expansion will continue until 2022
About the new model relation it was like this.

So, although only the form of the prototype and a bit of information were released, this time there was a design registration of a model like a commercial version. It is filed in January 2019 (?).

I also looked for the name of a commercially available model, but it was like that.

It has changed a bit. Besides Saree Guard, they plan to bring it in India, too.

Pan America Changes

  • Saree guard
  • Wire spoke wheel → Cast wheel
  • Tail cowls
  • Under guard
  • Engine guard
  • Heel plate
  • Guards around the chamber (lunch box)?
  • Muffler stay disappeared (supported only by tandem step)
  • The front fender is something strange
  • Swing arm

It is almost like this. The important part is almost intact. I did it. For the cast wheel, you probably will have a model of the wire spoke wheel, so I think that there is no problem.

Prototypes for Pan America 1250

Custom 1250

  • Future Custom Model
  • Scheduled for 2021
  • Completely new custom motorcycle
  • Strong stance, aggressive, styling with extra stuff removed, 1250 cc pure performance
  • Prototype model. It is different from the commercial model.
  • Wont be available in all the markets

This is apparently looks like a Harley FATBOB is not it? Somewhat similar. This is 1250 engine, I felt it was DOHC. There is no sari guard here. Will it be sold in Indian Markets is still a question
Or is there no tandem seat in the first place, does not it mean that Saree guard is not necessary either?

Changes to Custom 1250

  • Exhaust
  • Winker position
  • Head light position
  • Under cowl
  • Swing arm
  • Rear Fender
  • Number plate holder
  • Rear winker
  • tail lamp
  • mirror
  • Sheet
  • silencer

Design of 975

Changes to Street Fighter 975

  • Sally guard
  • Rear Fender
  • Under cowl
  • Radiator shroud
  • Radiator
  • Tandem step
  • Swing arm
  • Rear frame
  • Chamber (lunch box)
  • Tail cowl
  • mirror
  • Reflector of front fork
  • break pedal

It has changed quite a bit.
Compared to the prototype, I sense that I feel like I was pulled back to reality, or if I make it on the market, I feel like this personally.

If you remove the Saree guard, remove the tandem step and set the winker and fender to the swing arm mount, it seems to be roughly restored.

I pick up only motorcycle and component trademarks.
