In China, Haojue and Suzuki, the two motorcycle brands, are developed by Haojue Holdings. The two motorcycle brands came together intending to develop small-displacement motorcycles.
Suzuki has unveiled the new GSX-S300, which will go head-on against Honda CB 300F and Yamaha MT-03.
Earlier, Suzuki India did confirm about there plans to launch a naked bike in the 250-400cc segment.
Suzuki GSX-S300 makes the debut under the name Haojue DR300. The bike gets the new 298cc, parallel-twin cylinders, four valves, liquid-cooled, a motor supported by six-gear transmission.
Haojue has developed the engine specially for GSX-S300. Haojue has kept mum about the torque and power.
The design and looks do look aggressive with the eye-catchy LED headlight.
Suzuki GSX-S300 takes much of its inspiration from the elder brother Suzuki GSX-S750 with a beefy fuel tank, large wheels, high seat.
The other features similar to the 750 are the headlight.
The other specs involve an LCD lock, upside-down front fork, ABS on the front and rear.
The chunky fuel tank gets support from a sleek and compact rear. We get to see the LED tail lamps, removable double saddle.
Both front and rear get disc brakes while the front has 298 mm, the back gets more minor than the front disc brakes.
17-inch rims support the tubeless Pirelli Diablo Rosso III with 110/70 tire size on the front and 140/60 at the rear.
Suzuki and Haojue will unveil the GSX-S300 at EICMA.GSX-S300 goes head-on against the KTM Duke 390, Honda CB300F, Yamaha MT-03, Kawasaki Z300 and BMW G310R.
