At the same time, Karel Abraham left the Avinita Racing after this. It was pretty much evident as the seat was left vacant.
Zarco joins Avinita Racing after his stints with Yamaha, KTM, and LCR Honda.Back in October, Zarco joined LCR Honda and was approached by Yamaha as well.
Due to Takaaki Nakagami’s premature end to the season due to the shoulder operation.
The LCR Honda IDEMITSU Team lined up with French rider Johann Zarco for the remaining grand prix in Australia, Malaysia, and Valencia.
The two-time Moto2 World Champion and 2017 MotoGP class Rookie of the Year accepts the offer.
From Team Manager Lucio Cecchinello to get back on track on board the Honda RC213V in IDEMITSU colors.
Then FIM published its 2020 list of riders who are part of the coming season for all its three formats.MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto 3.
But we observed Johann Zarco was not on the list with Ducati Avintia.
Where will he go is still a question. There seems to be a deadlock for him as he may to join Avintia or go back to Moto 2 in place of Alex Marquez with Marc VDS.
Another prominent space that we see is space created by Alex Marquez for the Marc VDS team as he recently joined Respol Honda.
Now we see him with Avintia Racing and below is what he has to say
Quote
“I am very please to officially announce my signature with Ducati for the 2020 season in the MotoGP category in the Reale Avintia Racing Team. My left ankle is recovering well, and I can enjoy now my wintertime having rest with family and training again very soon! “
