Hero MotoCorp announced the arrival of two new models, Xtreme 200S and BS6 Xpulse 200T. As per the confirmation, Hero will unveil these models.

Both models get BS6 fuel-injected engine that was stacked in Xpulse 200, the tourer motorcycle.

The fact that BS6 norms are coming in place, and all the usage of BS4 vehicles will stop.

Therefore all the Indian motorcycle manufacturers must adhere to the norms of BS6.

The Xtreme 200 S is naked that gets some sporty look and style. On the other hand, 200 T is the tourer version that was expected to get an upgrade to BS6.

Now that does mean the weight is raised by 3 kgs, plus it also gets an additional component called an oil cooler.

The BS6 engines are expected to churn 17.8 bhp and torque 16.4 Nm as the equivalent to Xpulse 200. As we said earlier, there will be a rise in the weight of these bikes, and power may be equivalent or lessen.

Due to countrywide lockdown, we also got to know about Hero making an announcement of the BS6 Xpulse 200 price on its official website sometime soon.

Which we believe is logical rather than to host an event. After the price is revealed, which is also considered to be the official launch. Both models will go on sale.

It is indeed the right way that every manufacturer these days is trying to do rather than to host the official events.

In severe pandemic of COVID-19 lockdown that has grapple the entire world.
