As if tuning the quad exhaust of the Suzuki Hayabusa wasn’t enough, “Yoshi” has just unleashed a new masterpiece on the world.

Yoshimura (not to be confused with Yoshimura R&D in Japan) is responsible for this one-piece carbon fibre heat shield & muffler.

According to Young Machine, the sound of the exhaust is bassy and deep.

The exhaust

It is called the HEPTA FORCE, and they say it adds more power when used. The muffler and shield combo is also somehow legal (for now) since they pass Japanese regulations.

The muffler makes sure the power and torque of the Hayabusa go up by 4.1 percent. Further, the exhaust without silencer creates a noise up to 96 decibels, and without it goes down to 92 decibels.

Compared to the stock system, the exhaust arrives lighter by 55 percent and weighs just 5.29 kgs, while the stock exhaust of Hayabusa weighs 11.69 kgs.

The exhaust is on sale, and with a two-year warranty, it costs ¥174,900 to JPY 201,300, which is close to USD 1,600 to 1,900.
