Our friends from Visor Down bring some incredible news on Triumph Motorcycle and James Bond 007 franchise coming together.

So in a typical scenario in the upcoming James Bond movi . We will see James Bond riding notably two Triumph motorcycles and they are Scrambler 1200 and Tiger 900 in the movie ” No Time To Die “

Now, this did not happen all of sudden. In  the background, the Triumph design team worked with the James Bond stunt team. The Triumph ensured that the feedback is well implemented on these two Triumph motorcycles.

Idea was to make these motorcycles more dynamic for some action scenes.

Triumph Tiger 900 Custom

On the Triumph Tiger 900, we don’t see many changes and it is 90% similar to the production variant. The changes that we see are the removal of the front mudguard and additional accessory added as Arrow.

The new tires that have some more grips are put on and with the removal of rear footrests.

Scrambler 1200 Custom

On the other hand Scrambler, 1200 is customized on a greater scale with some cool logos on the tank. Black paint scheme, low-level seat, and removal of the dash and some cool custom exhaust pipes.

Quotes from press conference.

CEO of Triumph Nick Bloor said; “Here at Triumph we are delighted to partner with the latest James Bond film, No Time To Die. Triumph Motorcycles is fortunate to have a rich history of featuring in many incredible blockbuster films.

So the big screen is no stranger to our brand. We know that our motorcycles are hugely capable and we cannot wait to see them in action when the film airs, including the new and eagerly anticipated Tiger 900 model.”

Lee Morrison who is James Bond coordinator said; “Triumph gave us early Tiger 900 prototypes. Before launch so we could film in 3 key locations well before the bike’s official reveal. I have to say that we have thrown everything at them.

Big craggy sharp rocks, deep boggy mud, high speeds, big jumps and huge climbs and descents across a variety of conditions. The Tigers have stood up to the task incredibly well, with no mechanical issues, and to me, this proves their go-anywhere credentials.”

We will be able to see these both the motorcycles in the upcoming Bond Movie ” No Time To Die ” that is scheduled to premiere globally from April 2, 2020.
