Honda Thailand unveils 2021 CRF300L and CRF300 Rally

After the glamorous 2021 CRF 250L and CRF 250 Rally, Honda Thailand has brought two new CRF300L and CRF300 Rally models.

However, both the CRF250 L and CRF250 Rally arrive with a 249cc water-cooled 4-stroke DOHC single-cylinder engine. With six-speed gear transmission, the engine makes 24hp at 9,000rpm and 23Nm at 6,500rpm.

Compared to CRF300L and CRF300 Rally which has 286.01cc, fuel injection system PGM-FI 4-stroke DOHC water-cooled motor.

Honda doesn’t talk about its power specs however we feel it will increase one or two hp more for the CRF 300L and CRF300 Rally.

And the new CRF300L and CRF300 Rally will have fewer emissions and may comply with Euro5 norms.

Comparison of CRF300L with CRF300 Rally 

Both the CRF250 L and CRF250 Rally and CRF300L and CRF300 Rally models look very identical.

Also, both these models have similar bore stroke and compression ratio, which is 76.0 x 63.047 and 10.7: 1.  

Both models arrive with the same 286.01cc engine

The significant change we see in both these models are dimensions. 

• The CRF300 L has 819 x 2,208 x 1,161 as ( Width x Length x Height (mm.) ) while the
• CRF300 Rally has 920 x 2,229 x 1,419 as ( Width x Length x Height (mm.) ).

Other difference the CRF300 L comes with 7.8-litre fuel tank while the Rally comes with 12.8-litre fuel capacity. Sear height to changes the CRF300 L has 830mm while the Rally has 895mm.

Ground clearance to is a change the L has 244mm while the Rally has 277mm.

On both the models, the brake duties are carried by Disc brake at the front and Single piston disc brake at the rear. The suspensions on the both these models are Pro-link.

Similarly, wheels on both these models are Front spokes size 21 inches / rear spokes size 18 inches with tire size as 80 / 100-21M / C 51P on front and 120 / 80-18 M / C 62P at the rear.

Tires and wheels remain the same for both variants

LED headlights and turn signals, along with a large rally bike-style front windshield to surpass every challenge.

The think rear blinkers and thin exhaust go with the entire design.

Presence of shock pad under the machine with folding pedals add more value to the models.

The CRF 300 Rally comes in limited copies of 100 units with 14 component accessories.
