At a Suzuki blogger connect meeting Iwanbanaran talks with Suzuki high level representatives and checks with them if they are going to launch new Suzuki Bergman 180 soon.
The interviewees were Mimuro Shunichi, General Manager, Sales & Marketing Department of Indonesia Suzuki Motorcycle, and Seiji Itayama, President of Suzuki Indonesia and General Manager of Suzuki Motorcycle Indonesia
- IWB: When will the Bergman 180 come out? this year? next year?
- Mimuro: Hmmm, I can not answer (while laughing)?
- Itayama: It’s still in progress. This year or next year.
Basically there is no clear information on when it will be launched.However strong rumor suggests that it will be by end of 2019 on the basis of below.
- The engine will be a new engine with around 175cc and 180cc.
- The Bergman 180 is based on Bergman 400.
- In the current state its under development.
- There is 90% probability of existence of large scooter.
