Ahead of Gixxer’s launch that is scheduled on 20th May the tech specs are leaked.I have been publishing articles right from Suzuki filing its patent for its upcoming Gixxer 250.The bike is fully fared with carved fuel tank that has capacity to hold 12 liters of fuel for long hauls.
The bike will come with 17 inch alloy wheels as standard set that will have 5 dual spokes.Both the tyres are expected to be tubeless.The dimension of front tyre is 110/70 while the rear tyre will come with 150/60 dimension.
The aesthetics looks top notch and the quality of the build also looks good.The fact that it will get raised pillion seat with grab that does look like a typical lower displacement sports bike plus the handle bar is not aggressive will allow the rider to get comfortable stance.
The upcoming Gixxer will compete with Yamaha Fazer 25 and Honda 250 R and expected price tag will be in the range of Rs 1.75 and Rs 1.85 Lakhs in India. The paint schemes are still under the wrap as to what colors Suzuki is planning to bring it in.
Unlike its younger siblings it gets twin exhausts with shiny chrome on them.
